I help people balance their activity in the world, their productivity, along with their internal unfolding of deep and unconditional peacefulness.

Life presents a remarkable opportunity to become who you want to become. But it’s not necessarily easy to make this choice or execute it.

Worldly success or social settings may encourage us in certain directions which may feel good for some time, however for many, and with time, can leave us feeling like some level of joy, happiness or connection is missing.

I’ve discovered a lot through my inquiry into the nature of our lives, while still acknowledging my voyage and adventure has far to go.

One of the things I’ve stumbled upon is how the quality to one’s life is influenced through both the quality and rhythm of one’s mental and physical activity. Through managing these two areas we can discover how to really play this game of life such that great things just happen.

There is much joy, gold and bliss, and you need no more money, holidays or success to access it. It’s right under our noses.

I hope an ever increasing number of people in the world not only realise this but stop the worldly chase and embrace the internal voyage to peace.

Life is a journey along which we get to choose lots of different paths. I have found it really useful to have Matt there to guide me and help me work out which path to take. The life I live now is far richer than the one I could see myself living three years ago. I count myself very fortunate to have asked for Matt’s help when I did.

We do not need to forego the enjoyment of the world’s pleasures, but it is about putting balance around our interests and activity.

That’s essentially what I do. I help people balance their activity in the world, their productivity, along with their internal unfolding of deep and unconditional peacefulness.
