Meditation is both an ancient and sacred practice as well as a modern day stress reliever.
Meditation teases in the way it seems so simple to sit, breathe and focus, yet can require so much will and self-discipline to sustain one’s practice.
Due to this, many who start don’t experience the peace, joy and connection that arrives following a sustained meditative practice. Giving up with comments like “I can’t do it”. Yes, the mind may wander, but that doesn’t mean you can’t do it.
While meditative practice can raise some challenges, more often than not it delivers so much benefit to one’s emotional, mental, physical health, which flows out into work, business, relationships and much more.
I offer small group meditation as well as one to one meditation tuition which is a great place to start for those new to meditation or yet to establish a regular practice.
